The sequence options sub-panel is used to set the animation export mode. Most models should use the single pass animation mode. The two pass animation mode can be used as a workaround for problems with models that have non-uniform (anisotropic) scale animations. Because the two pass animation mode has the potential to cause data loss in Blender's scene data, it should only be used as a last resort. See notes on anisotropic scale for more information.
